Wanted: iPhone App for Photo Location Scouting

Have you ever run across a great photo location at the wrong time of the day (or year)? Wouldn't it be great to be able to keep track of those cool photo locations on your iPhone so you could go back later? I'd like an app that allows me to take photos with my iPhone and pin them to a map with some notes about when I'd like to go back.

Does anybody know of an app like that?
